These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://mentorsentinel.ai (the "Site") and any information about the Mentor Sentinel product made available through it. The Site is operated by Mentor Trading LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Mentor Trading," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Pre-Launch Status

Mentor Sentinel is currently in private preview and operates in paper trading mode only. It does not trade real money at this time. The product is not yet publicly available. A public launch is planned for the third quarter of 2026, and any plans, tiers, features, timelines, or availability described on the Site are subject to change and are not a commitment or an offer to sell. The pricing tiers shown on the Site (Starter, Pro, Business, and Enterprise) are illustrative, do not yet have published pricing, and do not constitute an offer.

2. Not Financial Advice

This is important. Mentor Sentinel is an automated trade execution tool. It is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, or dealer, and nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. We do not recommend any particular trade, asset, strategy, or course of action, and we do not provide trading content. Operators configure their own strategies and parameters, and the system executes according to that configuration. Any decision to trade, and any strategy you choose, is yours alone. You should consult your own qualified professionals before making any financial decision.

3. No Guarantee of Returns; Past Performance

We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty of any kind that use of Mentor Sentinel will be profitable or will avoid losses. Trading cryptocurrency carries substantial risk, including the risk of losing your entire investment. Any performance figures, statistics, or telemetry shown on the Site, including the live paper trading stats feed, reflect simulated or historical activity. Simulated and past performance is not indicative of future results, and real-money results may differ materially from paper trading results. Please review our Risk Disclosure for more detail.

4. Intellectual Property and Patent Notice

The Site, the Mentor Sentinel name and branding, and all related text, graphics, and software are owned by Mentor Trading LLC or licensed to it by its members or licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Certain underlying methods are the subject of patent applications owned by the company's founder and licensed to Mentor Trading LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent. Mentor Sentinel is protected by pending patent applications, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, and related intellectual property rights. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to any patent, trademark, copyright, or trade secret.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or its data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its infrastructure, or its providers
• Use any automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without our permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary methods behind Mentor Sentinel
• Submit false information through our contact form or impersonate any person or entity

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mentor Trading LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for our own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mentor Trading LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may reference or rely on third-party services, including cryptocurrency exchanges and AI model providers used for analysis. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, practices, performance, or availability. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Modification of These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
