Mentor Trading LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. You can reach us about any privacy matter at info mentorsentinel ai.

2. Information We Collect

Today, the only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us through our contact form. That includes:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company name, if you provide one
  • The type of interest you select or describe

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not store passwords or login credentials, because the Site has no user login at this time. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

3. How Your Contact Form Is Processed

When you submit the contact form, your submission is processed using cloud infrastructure providers. Specifically, the form is handled by a serverless function and delivered to us by email through a transactional email service. The Site itself is hosted on cloud storage and delivered through content delivery networks to serve pages quickly and reliably.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry or request
  • Send you updates about Mentor Sentinel, but only if you have asked us to or otherwise opted in
  • Maintain a record of our communications with you

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not currently run any third-party analytics on the Site. Our content delivery providers may set essential technical cookies or process limited technical data, such as your IP address and request information, for the sole purpose of delivering the Site securely and detecting abuse. These are operational, not marketing, in nature.

The Site displays a live stats feed showing telemetry from our paper trading system. That feed is informational only and does not track you.

6. Web Push Notifications

Mentor Sentinel uses web push notifications, delivered through the VAPID standard, to alert the system operator. These notifications are for our internal operations. They are not sent to public visitors of the Site, and subscribing to them is not part of the public experience.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the Site and respond to you, and only to the extent they need it to perform that work. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

8. Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a reasonable business record, after which we delete them or anonymize them.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to request that we delete it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect.
